ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Review of necessary documents against the service definition and signing the plan signature page to complete service order steps Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills physician, licensed psychologist, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner according to his or her scope of practice Prefer a minimum of two years in a psychiatric, substance abuse or mental health setting desirable. Completion of AHA CPR course Population served: Children age 3 - 17 Job Type: Contract Pay: $100.00 per day Schedule: Choose your own hours Work Location: In person
