HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE TRAVELING FROM PATIENT TO PATIENT FOR HOME VISITS. MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE AND ADJUST TO CHANGES TO SCHEDULE. EMR system is HealthWyse (Casamba) out of MA - Days. Outpatient care. M-F 8-5 with some weekend coverage. Some ON-CALL may be scheduled but only on an emergency basis.
