Our core values are Commitment, Continuous Self, Integrity & Ethics, Communications & Transparency and a Winning Mindset Improvement.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee data strategy inclusive of digital analytics data, reporting and analytic platformsProfient with Microsoft AccessLead overall digital analytics, tag management solutions and eCommerce optimization testing tools.Work with internal teams and 3rd party partners on how to move the business forward.Experience/familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, SQL to generate reports and visual dashboardsCommunication skills with the ability to drive and explain insights from data.Understanding of Google Tag Manager.Manage A/B and multivariate testing tools, such as Google OptimizeDevelop future third-party partners by investigating industry leaders and providing recommendationsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEThe ideal candidate will have:4-year Bachelor Degree1 - 3 years' job experience in related digital analytics fieldeCommerce Experience preferred.Strong computer skills (Windows, Email, Word, Excel)Willingness to learnOverriding analytics orientationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong accuracy working with numbersDemonstrates leadership ability and can work in a team environmentCan negotiate skillfully to win concessions without damaging relationshipsCan martial resources (people, support) to get things doneLANGUAGE SKILLSMust have ability to read and interpret financial statements, general business periodicals, professional journals, operating and maintenance instructions procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees / management of the company.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbove average ability to both calculate figures and amounts while understanding the connections in business model of the various connectors which enable managers to present an opinion. An advanced ability to quickly asses and review numbers as presented.REASONING ABILITYMust have ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
