Sr. Software Engineer
Overview
In this role you will lead software projects within a healthcare IT setting, coordinating activities across the development team and ensuring alignment with business goals. You’ll work across all SDLC phases—from design to testing—and drive enterprise-grade integrations and system enhancements. You mentor team members, collaborate with architects, and help translate business needs into technical solutions. Key requirements5+ years of software development in a distributed multi-tier environmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong written and verbal communication; proficient at SDLC documentationProficiency with multiple programming languages and modern development techniques3-5+ years as Lead Software Engineer or equivalent technical lead5+ years with C#/.NET development5+ years of web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery)2-3+ years with Angular 2+ or similar frameworks5+ years with SQL Server or similar RDBMS3+ years with Entity Framework3+ years with API developmentExperience with SOA, Git and TFVC, Visual Studio 2017+Experience with Agile methodologiesUnderstanding of OOP and SOLID principlesexcellent communicationleadership and mentoringteam collaborationC#/.NETweb development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery)Angular 2+ or similar
