This team operates in a collaborative, high-performance environment supporting attorneys and clients with advanced administrative and operational support.Job Description:The Attorney Support Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys in a dynamic, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for attorneys and internal stakeholdersCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and related logisticsHandle frequent communication with clients and business contacts in a polished and professional mannerPrepare, revise, proofread, and format legal and business documents, presentations, and spreadsheetsProcess attorney time entry, billing support, and expense-related tasksAssist with opening new matters, engagement documentation, and matter tracking processesMonitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding action items, and help keep projects moving forwardMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systemsConduct online research and administrative support projects as neededCollaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlinesQualifications:5+ years of experience supporting attorneys or executives within a law firm or professional services environmentPrevious experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously preferredStrong background in calendar management, travel coordination, billing, and client interactionExperience with legal billing and time entry systems such as InTapp and Elite 3E preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in sensitive mattersProven ability to work independently while remaining highly responsive in a team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree preferredAdditional Details:Ideal candidates will have prior experience working within an AmLaw 100 or similarly fast-paced professional services environmentTeam consists of 13 support professionals within the DC officeCandidates should be comfortable working with strong personalities and proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are metInterview process includes virtual and onsite meetings with leadership and operational stakeholdersDesired start date is mid-JuneCompetitive compensation package includes bonus eligibility, paid overtime, generous PTO, and comprehensive benefitsPerks:Hybrid work schedule with remote FridaysPaid overtime opportunitiesCollaborative, high-performing team environmentStrong benefits package including bonus potentialOpportunity to work closely with senior legal professionals in a prestigious organizationAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
