Circulating Nurse - No Night or Weekends!

Company InformationContinuum Surgery Center of Naples is a newly accredited, multi‑specialty ambulatory surgery center seeking an experienced Circulating OR Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinical team.As we continue ramping surgical operations across four operating suites, we are looking for a nurse who can step into a fast‑paced ASC environment and contribute as an independent circulating RN within the first 60 days.This is a full-time, onsite role supporting surgical procedures Monday through Friday, with no nights, weekends, or on‑call requirements.What You’ll DoServe as the circulating nurse during surgical procedures across a multi‑specialty case mixCollaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical techs, and PACU staff to ensure safe and efficient patient careMaintain sterile field protocols and support intraoperative workflowAssist with post‑operative patient care as needed in a collaborative team environmentContribute to a startup ASC culture where team members support the patient journey from intake through dischargeRequired QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingACLS, BLS and PALS certifications2–4 years of recent Operating Room (OR) experienceProficient in aseptic technique, medication administration and patient assessmentKnowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), and medical documentation practicesFamiliarity with various EMR systems (Epic/Cerner)Ability to work full-time in an onsite ASC environmentPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting surgical cases in:Plastic surgeryOncology or breast reconstructionENTOrthopedicsPain management proceduresScheduleSurgeries conducted Monday through ThursdayTypical team arrival around 6:30 AMOutpatient discharge generally by 3:00–3:30 PMFridays off or reserved for light administrative prepNo nights, weekends, or on‑call requirementsWhy Join Continuum?Many OR nurses transitioning from hospital settings choose ambulatory surgery centers for greater schedule stability and work‑life balance.
