This is an outside sales role focused on building and expanding a book of business through new customer acquisition and long-term relationship management.This role is ideal for a hunter who enjoys owning their territory, working directly with customers, and selling solutions in a commercial, construction, or facilities-driven environment.Qualifications5 to 12 years of progressive sales experience, with a strong emphasis on outside or field-based salesProven ability to build and grow a book of business from the ground upDemonstrated success managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closeExperience selling into commercial environments, with comfort navigating multiple stakeholdersStrong relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and decision-makersSelf-motivated, results-driven seller who thrives in an autonomous, territory-based roleBackground in commercial sales within industries such as warehouses, industrial facilities, or large-scale commercial propertiesExperience selling to property managers, owners, or facilities teamsExposure to construction-related sales, including working with contractors, developers, or project-based sales cyclesPrior experience in the lighting and/or electrical industry is a significant plusFamiliarity with technical or consultative selling environments where product knowledge mattersAbility to identify new market opportunities and expand presence within an assigned territoryComfortable balancing hunting for new business with expanding existing accountsExperience collaborating with internal teams to support complex or longer sales cycles
