In this high activity environment, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects to assist sales in pipeline growth.ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Representative (BDR) will partner with sales and marketing to support our Account Based Marketing strategy, outbound prospecting activities and inbound follow-upResponsible for generating qualified meetings to achieve assigned monthly, individual goalsResponsible for making at least 75 calls/day into target industry and within Clearwave’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Become an expert at using lead generation tools (Gong, Nooks, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other tools) to identify and capture Clearwave key prospectsIdentify key contacts and target accounts in Salesforce to build outbound prospecting campaignsManage sales leads effectively through the documented Business Development processResponsible for following-up on marketing generated leads meeting the documented SLAs and KPI metricsApply sales tools within the sales process to have effective conversations relative to the buyer personasUtilize smart, targeted qualification questions to speak knowledgeably with key contacts, decisions makers within key healthcare specialtiesUnderstand and capture prospect’s challenges/needs and effectively communicate Clearwave’s value to solve challenges.Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects to handoff to sales for further discoveryWork closely building relationships with the sales team and marketingDocument and log call and email activities in SalesforceWe're Looking For SomeoneCompetitive, self-motivated and excited to embark on a career in salesCollaborative, curious, friendly and a high achieverWith a love for hitting and exceeding goalsSkills & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with discipline, deliverables, and deadlinesMinimum of 1-year outbound prospecting experienceStrong preference for those with experience in a Saas environmentStrong passion to build a sales careerWillingness to learn and be coachedStrong interpersonal and effective communication skillsExcellent time management capabilitiesMust be competitive and thrive in a team-based atmosphere
