Collectively, we are committed to a simple management approach, which influences our company culture and our management style. WAREHOUSE MANAGER- WEST CHESTER, OH The Warehouse Manager for Skill Pack (kitting) reporting to the Sr. Distribution Center Manager. Activities and responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager include:Ensure the quality of our productMaintain the plant and all plant equipment including cleanliness.Supervise and ensure proper staffing levels to meet production schedules.Assist in consolidation of inventory to make efficient use of storage spaceReport all warehouse hours, vacation time, & PTO to HR RepresentativeCoordinate workload with Sales department for holidays and changes in customer demand.Assist upper management in developing, interpreting, and implementing company policies and procedures.Responsible for employee conformance to established practices.Direct warehousing of goods, equipment, and supplies.Review and maintain ISO operational procedures for, handling and disposition of materials, maintenance and safety.Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities.Reporting of KPIs.Commitment to 5s standards.Responsible for training new employees.Report all warehouse measurables in monthly staff meetings.Tracking and reporting our productivity in inventory, inbound and outbound processes.Establish production schedule and workflow plan for all areas of resposibility.Other duties as assigned.Professional Experience Requirements: Education: High School diploma required. Work Experience Requirements:3 to 5 Years warehouse supervisory experience, certified forklift driver, working knowledge of OSHA regulations, working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Professional Skills:Excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated leadership capabilitiesAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)Ability to work independently and as member of a teamFlexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environmentCapable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skillsDetail oriented with excellent follow-up practicesStrong organization, analytical and computer skillsAble to create/develop an inclusive and engaged work environment across the enterpriseDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Operations/Solutions (advanced level)Knowledge of Lean principles, systems and tools (advanced level)Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) (advanced level)Knowledge of OSHA (advanced level) Position: Full-timeWork Hours: 3PM-12AM, Monday-Friday (weekend as required)Salary:  $65,000-70,000/year Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance We are an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer.We are an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer.
