Job Summary
As an IT Network Engineer III (Network Tech Lead), you will drive the design, deployment, and optimization of advanced network infrastructures in a hybrid work environment. Your expertise will shape next-generation network solutions for a global enterprise, with a focus on technical leadership, innovative problem-solving, and mentoring team members. You will play a key role in delivering high-performance, secure, and scalable networks across multiple sites, including potential international assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and provide technical direction for network engineering projects and operations.
Architect, implement, and optimize SD-WAN, EVPN-VXLAN, and enterprise routing/switching (Arista, Cisco).
Configure, troubleshoot and optimize BGP, OSPF, and advanced switching solutions.
Design and manage wireless networks, with emphasis on MIST-based solutions.
Develop network automation workflows using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Evaluate emerging technologies to drive network innovation and security.
Participate in on-call rotation for network support.
Support travel requirements (up to 30%, including possible international travel).
