General Manager Requirements and Qualifications
5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience, including General Manager leadership
Proven ability to oversee FOH and BOH operations in a high-volume setting
Strong background in P&L management, labor control, and cost oversight
Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and retaining strong teams
Hands-on management style with strong presence during peak service
General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
Experience in chef-driven, upscale casual, or polished dining concepts
Strong understanding of food, beverage, and elevated service standards
Track record of improving operational consistency and profitability
Ability to foster a positive, accountability-driven culture
Strong collaboration with culinary leadership and ownership
