This Application Developer would support the Nuclear AI Team for the development and enhancement of Artificial Intelligence, Enterprise Search, Analytics, and Data Modernization solutions.This is a hands-on development role focused on creating modern web applications and user experiences that integrate with AI services, enterprise data platforms, and cloud-native applications. The selected candidate will work as part of an agile delivery team alongside Product Owners, Architects, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders. This role is intended for an experienced contributor who can independently deliver high-quality front-end solutions while collaborating closely with the broader engineering team.Candidate must meet DE10 CFR Part 810 requirement. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and support modern web applications and user interfaces.Build and maintain sophisticated UI components using Angular Material and custom SCSS, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness using our internal design team.Implement and extend advanced state management using NgRx (selectors, effects, reducers, actions).Collaborate with AI Engineers and Back-End Developers to integrate APIs and AI-powered capabilities into applications.Participate in Agile planning, estimation, sprint execution, and production support activities.Develop and maintain CI/CD deployment processes.Support deployment and operation of applications in AWS environments.Utilize Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices to support cloud deployments.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across browsers and platforms.Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing with the team.Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and application modernization.Utilize AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve software quality, productivity, testing, automation, and documentation.Required Skills:5+ years of professional experience building Angular applications and familiarity with the features of the newest versions of the framework, particularly standalone components, the new HTML template flow control syntax, and Angular Signals.
