Implementation Manager
Location: This position is remote.Job SummaryThe Implementation Manager is responsible for implementing designated Grace Hill products, including requirements gathering, set up, customization, and training, per the selected customer contract and implementation package. The Implementation Manager will work collaboratively with client contacts and internal teams to ensure high-quality and on-time launch execution.Our work environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and interactive. We are dedicated to providing a collaborative, team-first environment that fosters individual development.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end client implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring successful onboardingDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to meet client objectives and internal deadlinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client transitions throughout the implementation lifecycleGather and document client requirements, including functional specifications, customizations, and integrationsConduct client training sessions on the software platform, focusing on best practices and user adoptionManage project scope, identifying and mitigating risksWork closely with clients to ensure their continued satisfactionDrive continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologiesHost training sessions and group webinarsPerforms all other job-related tasks as assignedAssist with future implementations of other productsQualificationsHigh school diploma required3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, project management, or related customer-facing rolesStrong understanding of SaaS business models and implementation best practicesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with project management methodologies and toolsExperience in conducting software training and driving user adoptionAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teamsProblem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesFamiliarity with API integrations and a basic understanding of technical conceptsComfortable with occasional travel (1-4 trips annually)Experience in the real estate, multifamily, or software industry is a plusAbout Grace HillGrace Hill provides industry-leading SaaS technology solutions designed to positively impact real estate and improve the lives of people where they work and live.
