317 Bridge Coordinator
General Description
The Adult Immunization Coordinator will be responsible for conducting immunization compliance site visits with providers enrolled in the 317 Funded Vaccine Program. This position will also facilitate the distribution of vaccine education material and information.
This is a full-time contract position located in Carson City with the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health’s Immunization Program. This position is grant-funded through December 31, 2024. Please note that contracted positions do not receive State of Nevada employee benefits (i.e., paid time off and health insurance). Will be offered through a contracted company

Local and statewide travel is a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities and Standards
Plan, schedule and deliver in-office provider education/conduct site visits.
•* *Data analysis and evaluation of adult immunization trends.
•* *Record site visit outcomes and follow up on assigned interventions accordingly.
•* *Assist with reports and phone calls with CDC.

Requirements (Education, experience, and/or professional licensure)
Graduation from an accredited college or university in public administration or a related field and two (2) years of previous experience in planning, coordinating, or administering a program/project; OR two (2) years experience as a Program Officer 2 in Nevada State service; OR graduation from high school, or the equivalent, and six (6) years of previous experience in planning, coordinating or administering a program/project; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position requires the regular operation of a motor vehicle during the course and scope of employment as an essential function of the job. As such, employees in this position must possess and maintain a valid driver's license in their state of residence, must self-report motor vehicle violations/convictions, and must provide proof of acceptable insurance coverage with mandatory minimum coverages.
