As a Customer Service Intern, your mission is to assist the team to ensure a good quality of sales and service support. Our summer internship runs from June 8th through August 14th. In this role, you will report to the Customer Care Team Lead.You willprovide customer support in all phases of the sales process - from quoation to the payment remindercomplete order processingcustomer orders reception, check, and processingfollow-up orders (deliveries, documentation to be sent to the customers, etc.)assisting with matieral returnshandling customer complaintssupport sales managers/sales engineersperform other duties as assigned or needed To succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
