As an Associate Agent, you will assist clients in understanding and selecting insurance policies, provide guidance on coverage, and handle client inquiries with care and professionalism. Additionally, you will engage in lead generation, policy processing, and customer relationship management to support agency growth. Building and maintaining client trust will be a key element of success in this role.QualificationsCustomer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal, listening, and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and address their needs.Sales and Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop client relationships, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.Attention to Detail and Organization: Proficiency in managing documentation, policy processing, and record-keeping with accuracy and efficiency.Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools to enhance workflow and client experiences.Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs, offer tailored insurance solutions, and make confident recommendations.No insurance experience required.Will need to get licensed before starting position.
