Servpro of Dunedin/Palm Harbor South is hiring an Office Manager!As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the SERVPRO® office team. You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and complianceManage the training and development plans for office teamOversee performance management for office teamDeliver financial reporting as neededVerify and analyze franchise performance reportsAssist with office staffing and compensation plan as neededPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ year(s) of office, accounting, HR, or customer service management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-taskAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawExperience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skillsSolid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks Online Have strong bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks onlinePayroll experience a plusExperience collecting outstanding accountsAbility to learn new software, including proprietary software and Xactimate® estimating software preferredSkills/Physical Demands/CompetenciesThis is a role in an office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
