Territory Expansion Leader

When contractors grow, we grow with them. We are expanding and looking for someone who wants to take ownership of a lead role and aggressively grow it. We work with contractors who move fast, expect reliability, and build serious revenue during peak seasons. This industry is visual, high-energy, and relationship driven.What You’ll Do:● Prospect and develop new contractor and customer accounts● Make cold calls and schedule in-person meetings● Visit contractor shops and job sites● Follow up on tradeshow leads and inbound inquiries● Manage and grow existing accounts● Present pricing programs and product solutions● Promote seasonal launches and pre-order programs● Maintain organized pipeline tracking● Meet and exceed revenue targets● Industry tradeshow participationWhat We’re Looking For:● 2+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, electrical supply, power washing, lighting, or contractor-related industries preferred)● Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships● Competitive and self-motivated● Strong follow-through and communication skills● Spanish speaking a plus● Organized and accountable● Valid driver’s licenseThis is not a passive sales position, it's an aggressive mind set. This is a performance-driven role for someone who is comfortable prospecting, walking into contractor shops, picking up the phone, asking for the order, and closing the deal. You will spend time in the field building new relationships and time in the office executing follow-ups and pipeline management.
