The Role
Were hiring aTalent Acquisition Associateto help drive recruiting across Lorient's portfolio companies.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where youll work directly with the Vice President of People Operations and company leadership to build pipelines, engage candidates, and keep hiring processes moving.

What Youll Do
Build talent pipelines
Source candidates across financial, operational, and corporate roles
Run outbound campaigns and experiment with messaging to improve response rates
Keep pipelines active across multiple open roles
Own the candidate experience
Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders (expect high volume)
Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates at every stage
Ensure a smooth, professional experience from first touch to offer
Drive process and execution
Keep ATS data clean, structured, and up to date
Track key metrics like response rates, time-to-interview, and funnel conversion
Identify bottlenecks and help improve speed and efficiency
Help us scale recruiting
Document and improve workflows
Support systems and tooling improvements
Contribute to building a more effective, repeatable hiring engine
What Were Looking For
24 years in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination
Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar sourcing tools)
Ability to manage multiple searches and stay organized under pressure
Clear, concise written communication
Comfortable working with data and improving performance metrics
High ownership mindset - you follow through and dont let things drop
