Radiology TechnologistNewport News, Virginia Pay From: $33 per hourMUST:Experienced Radiology Technologist 1 plus years of experience as a Radiology TechnologistMust be ARRT CertifiedMust have Virginia Radiology Technologist licensureMust be comfortable assisting throughout clinic with other hands-on clinical dutiesMust have experience working with EMRMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsDUTIES:Radiology Technologist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:Prepare patients for radiology proceduresOperate radiology equipment to make clinical diagnostic x-ray images as directed by physiciansUse image-Gently equipped X-Ray, which reduces the amount of radiation used on childrenReview specific procedure orders to determine materials/supplies that will be neededSet up and stocks procedure rooms and trays with neededDocument patient concerns, patient messages, and care provided to the patient in the patient's medical record for the physician's reviewAssist with inventory, ordering of supplies and re-stocking of suppliesQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
