Tech Lead - Java Microservices Location: Plano, TX (Onsite/Hybrid as applicable) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Java Microservices) to lead a team of 5-6 engineers and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot microservices, cloud architecture, and distributed systems, capable of coordinating across multiple stakeholders while maintaining high engineering standards. This role requires both technical depth and people leadership, with a strong focus on delivery, architecture, and collaboration in an Agile, continuous-delivery environment.
