Leasing Specialist Full Time - Jacksonville

We have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Leasing Specialist to join our company, GMC Property Management. We are a family owned and managed company that has been in the multi-family industry for over 30 years. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience. Additionally, we are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, someone who is detail-oriented, professional, organized and able to multi-task, while always maintaining great customer service.Leasing Agent Job Responsibilities includeProvide excellent customer service to all residents and potential residentsMust be comfortable working in a fast paced environmentMust be familiar with apartment and multi-family leasing and Fair Housing lawsMarketing online and in the surrounding areas to obtain new residentsManage incoming calls and emails for the propertySchedule and perform tours of the community for potential residentsMeet and/or exceed leasing goals set by ManagerManage current resident concerns as well as the renewal process to enhance resident retentionMaintain all prospect, resident and leasing data in a leasing software programCollect and secure rental paymentsComply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulationsThis is a Full-time position and Saturdays are required.Salary PackageCompetitive salary based on experienceMonthly Bonus Potential for Leases and RenewalsDiscounted rental packagePaid time off ProgramDental, Health, Vision, and 401K offered after 60 daysPowered by JazzHR
