As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in ensuring that our customers have a memorable and enjoyable fast food dining experience, serving up the famous Popeyes flavor and hospitality that our guests know and love.Essential Job Functions: Specific duties include, but are not limited, to the following:Develop Servant LeadersAssist the General Manager in recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure a highperforming team. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members to improve performance and achieve goals. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication. Assist with scheduling the staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations. Create Memorable ExperiencesEnsure that customers receive excellent service and a highquality dining experience. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Implement and maintain customer service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence. Brand ChampionSupport the General Manager in creating opportunities to serve as the local representative of Popeyes by sponsoring or participating in events. Build and leverage community relationships to drive business and maximize catering programs in the communityChampion and implement companywide promotions, product launches, and product samples. AdministrationAssist the General Manager in analyzing sales data and developing sales forecasts to drive business results. Maintain accurate and uptodate records, including inventory, labor, and financial reports. Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing action plans to improve sales, control costs, and improve profitability. Maintain FacilityMonitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, security, and fire policies, standards, and regulations. Identify problems, conduct highlevel troubleshooting, and seek repair/maintenance support for restaurant equipment to ensure equipment is operational. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment, with a focus on quality, cleanliness, and safety. Proficiency in pointofsale systems, inventory management, and other restaurant technology. Required Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent. 12 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a quickservice or fastcasual environment. ServSafe Certification or willing to get within training period. Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a quickservice or fastcasual environment. Supervisory Responsibility: Assist the General Manager with providing overall management to the restaurant staff.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
