PROJECT MANAGER II - WORK LOCATION: LOS ANGELES, CA The Project Manager II manages multiple campus construction projects with values ranging from $5M-$100M. This role oversees projects from planning through closeout, ensuring compliance with design documents, schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities include:Managing planning, design, construction, and closeout of campus projectsMonitoring scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project performanceConducting field reviews to ensure compliance with DSA, and design documentsCoordinating with designers, contractors, inspectors, DSA, and college stakeholdersDeveloping construction phasing and swing space plansOverseeing project closeout, including FF&E and relocation coordinationResolving complex construction and compliance issuesSupporting reporting to College, District, and PMO leadershipMinimum Qualifications:7 years managing multiple construction projects2 years' experience in educational facility design and constructionBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience with large capital improvement programsKnowledge of California Public Contract CodeExperience with DSA and alternative delivery methodsProfessional licensure (Architect or PE) and/or CCM certification
