Tech Resilience ManagerLead complex resilience initiatives as a Manager, Technical Resilience, helping clients prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruption. In this role, you will drive the design and delivery of resilience strategies across business, technology, and operational environments while guiding teams and advising senior stakeholders on continuity, recovery, and risk priorities. This is an opportunity to shape large-scale transformation efforts, strengthen enterprise resilience capabilities, and deliver practical solutions in complex client settings.Recruiting for this role ends on 06/30/2026Work you'll doAs a Manager, Technical Resilience on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:Leading the assessment, design, and implementation of technical resilience, business continuity, and operational resilience programsManaging teams in the analysis of client processes, systems, dependencies, and risks to identify resilience gaps and define remediation plansOverseeing the development of recovery strategies, continuity plans, playbooks, and program documentation for critical business and technology functionsFacilitating executive and stakeholder working sessions, exercises, and testing activities to evaluate readiness and improve response capabilitiesManaging project delivery, client communications, and team performance across multiple workstreams and prioritiesA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersThe teamThe Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team helps organizations address enterprise challenges through business-led, technology-enabled transformation. The work is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering practical outcomes across industries.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree6+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, technical resilience, cyber resilience, or risk program delivery6+ years of experience assessing business processes, technology environments, and interdependencies to identify operational or recovery risks6+ years of experience developing continuity plans, recovery strategies, procedures, or resilience program documentationExperience using one or more resilience, risk, or control frameworks such as International Organization for Standardization 22301, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, or Control Objectives for Information and Related TechnologiesAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Master's degreeExperience in consulting or professional servicesExperience supporting resilience programs in regulated industriesExperience facilitating tabletop exercises, simulations, or recovery testingOne or more certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional, Member of the Business Continuity Institute, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, or Certified Information Security ManagerThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
