We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and helping our clients succeed in their marketing of our subscription services to their patrons.We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative specializing in marketing and subscription retention. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for understanding marketing strategies. This role is perfect for someone looking to work ?part-time? , remotely, and make a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction and retention.
