Staff Software Engineer, Client Experience Frameworks

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Engineer Client Experience Frameworks to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $150,000 – $234,000 annuallyResponsibilities Design and build cross-framework UI components for diverse frontend technologies Drive adoption of design systems across engineering teams, facilitating migration efforts Own the complete technical delivery process including architecture decisions Enhance developer experience via tooling, testing infrastructure, and automation Make informed decisions on component design, API architecture, and system maintainability Prioritize performance, accessibility, and web standards in all deliverables Provide technical leadership and mentorship through code reviews and consultingQualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience Strong TypeScript expertise with an emphasis on maintainable code Experience with modern UI frameworks and component architecture across multiple frameworks Deep understanding of web platform fundamentals including Web Components and browser APIs Proficient with build systems and bundlers like Webpack or Vite Experience building or maintaining a design system or shared UI infrastructureBenefits Comprehensive benefits package included Opportunities for bonus and equity as part of compensation Dynamic work culture focused on collaboration and innovation Access to professional development resourcesOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
