Physical Therapist (Outpatient - no double-booking)

ANCHOR PHYSICAL THERAPY is looking for a new OUTPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST to work in our Tacoma clinic. We are one of the few clinics left that is not double-booking and is family owned. We have built trust with our patients and referring providers because of the high-quality care we give. Specifics about this position: Pay: 0-2 years experience - $45/hour 5 years + experience - $50/hour Schedule: M-F regular business hours. Part-time and Saturdays also available if desired. Treatment: We schedule 40-minute appointment times. All patient care is one-on-one, and we do not double book. Patient population: We see all age ranges and a variety of outpatient diagnoses. This position is ideal for anyone interested in gaining a broad knowledge in general outpatient ortho while still having opportunities to specialize if desired. Continuing Ed: All physical therapists receive an annual continuing education budget of $5000 (can include travel expenses) in addition to 5 paid days of for con. ed. travel. Mentoring for New Grads: We offer an extensive mentoring program for all new grads that includes (but is not limited to) weekly one-on-one time with the company owner and live experiences in the OR.
