We are establishing our first US office in Bellevue as part of our Global Expansion. This is a foundational role responsible for building our people, office, and operational infrastructure in the US from the ground up, while providing close support to the CEO.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from zero, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.Responsibilities:Office Setup & Administration (0 → 1)Lead the setup of the US office, including workspace selection, office leases, and facilities managementEstablish office policies, administration processes, and internal workflowsManage day-to-day office operations, budgeting, invoices, and vendor relationshipsRecruitment Support (Early-stage Hiring)Own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for all U.S. Based hiring, serving as an advisor to leaders on workforce planning and market intelligenceBuild talent pipelines and establish key industry partnerships to support growth targets.HR & People OperationsSet up and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks that ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local U.S. labor laws.Partner with external vendors for payroll, benefits, insurance, immigration, and legal complianceOwn the full employee lifecycle: recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, and employee recordsImplement people practices aligned with company culture and global HR standardsFunction as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership, providing strategic counsel on organizational design, culture delivery, and business-driven HR solutions.Cross-border CollaborationAct as the bridge between US office and global HQEnsure alignment on policies, reporting, and operational standardsSupport global projects as neededExecutive & Business Support to CEOAct as a trusted operations partner and provide the support to the CEOProvide administrative and logistical support (scheduling, travel, meetings, correspondence)Assist with business operations, coordination with HQ, and follow-ups on key initiativesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in gaming, tech, startups or fast-growing environments. - Proven ability to build and scale HR functions, office administration from scratch (0 to 1). - Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suiteHands-on, flexible, and problem-solving mindsetHighly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently with multitasking abilitiesPerks & Benefits- Flexible working hour arrangements- Work-In-Office meal benefits- Unlimited office pantry snacks & afternoon tea arrangements!- Exclusive in-game benefits- Comprehensive medical benefits- Attractive bonus structure- Collaboration with a dynamic, global team around the world- Rank promotion program- Convenient & accessible locations- Mentorship program for new employees to quickly get familiar with the business and corporate culture- Annual company trip- Fun celebrations during major festivals- Team building activities- Mental health & wellness initiatives- MOONTON Talks & educational programs- Exclusive game-themed gifts during special occasionsApply via LinkedIn now to unleash legendary moments together!
