We are known for professionalism, technical expertise, and long-term client relationships.What You'll DoYou will handle service, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems across the DFW area, along with supporting startup and warranty work tied to our construction projects. This role involves diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, performing scheduled maintenance, documenting system performance, and recommending solutions that improve system reliability and efficiency. You will work directly with customers, communicate findings clearly, and represent H&G Systems in a professional manner on every job site. You take pride in your work, stay organized, and represent the company well in the field.5+ years of experience servicing commercial and/or residential HVAC systemsStrong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and system layoutsExperience performing preventative maintenance and documenting system performanceStrong customer communication and service mindsetAbility to work independently and manage multiple service callsComfortable working in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and varying weather conditionsAbility to climb ladders and lift up to 50 poundsExperience with lifts (scissor/genie) and safe jobsite practicesBasic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for service documentationRequirementsValid driver's license with an insurable driving historyStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsPreferredHVAC technical school or formal training programIf you are looking for a stable company, strong pay, and the opportunity to work on commercial systems while continuing to grow your skills, we want to hear from you.Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
