SAP PP&MM Module Implementation Business System Analyst

The successful candidate will partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to develop scalable business processes supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) through high-volume production.The ideal candidate combines strong SAP PP/MM functional expertise with hands-on experience in electronics, PCBA, SMT, server, or other discrete manufacturing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP PP/MM ImplementationLead SAP PP/MM implementation activities for U.S. manufacturing operations.Conduct business process discovery, fit-gap analysis, and TO-BE process design workshops.Gather and document business requirements from manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders.Configure SAP PP/MM modules to support production planning and manufacturing execution.Drive implementation activities through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Production Planning & Manufacturing ProcessesDesign and implement Production Planning (PP) processes supporting:Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Production PlanningProduction OrdersRework and Repair OrdersProduction ConfirmationBackflush ProcessingScrap ManagementConfigure manufacturing master data including:Bills of Material (BOM)RoutingsWork CentersProduction VersionsMaterial MastersMRP ParametersSupport forecast-to-build and production scheduling processes.Manufacturing Systems IntegrationCoordinate SAP integration with:Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)Shop Floor SystemsSales & Distribution (SD)Materials Management (MM)Finance (FI)Controlling (CO)Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)Support shop floor automation and manufacturing data integration.Master Data & GovernanceDefine SAP master data standards and governance processes.Ensure data quality for production and material master data.Support master data migration, validation, cleansing, and conversion activities.Develop governance procedures for ongoing data maintenance.Testing & DeploymentDevelop functional specifications and test scenarios.Prepare unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.Execute testing and validate business process functionality.Support cutover planning, production deployment, and hypercare activities following go-live.Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.Documentation & TrainingDevelop business process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Create user guides and training materials.Deliver end-user training for production planners, manufacturing personnel, and supply chain teams.Provide ongoing functional support and knowledge transfer.Project LeadershipLead cross-functional implementation meetings and workshops.Coordinate activities between business users, SAP technical teams, consultants, and project leadership.Track project deliverables, risks, and issue resolution.Drive continuous improvement initiatives supporting manufacturing excellence.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.ExperienceMinimum 3 years of SAP PP/MM functional implementation experience.Experience leading full lifecycle SAP implementations from design through go-live.Experience supporting discrete manufacturing environments.Experience implementing SAP solutions for:Production PlanningMaterials ManagementManufacturing ExecutionInventory ManagementExperience supporting production environments including:Electronics ManufacturingAI Server
