Project Services Team - Entry-Level Evening Floor TechnicianFull-Time | Monday-Friday (2nd Shift) 5:00pm-1:30am | $16-$18/hr | Newport News, VAWant to learn a skilled trade and see the results of your work every night?We're hiring Entry-Level Evening Floor Technicians to join our Project Services Team - a small, hand-selected crew trusted to complete specialized commercial floor care projects across Newport News and surrounding areas.This is not a "just show up" position. It's a role for someone dependable, serious about their work, and ready to build a long-term career.No prior experience required - we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path into advanced technician and leadership roles.We provide the vehicle, equipment, uniforms, and training.You bring reliability, accountability, and pride in your work.What You'll DoAssist with stripping, waxing, buffing, and restoring commercial floorsClean and maintain VCT, tile, and concrete surfacesOperate floor machines (auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers - training provided)Load and unload equipment at job sitesFollow safety and chemical handling guidelinesComplete projects on schedule and to quality standardsThis is active, physical work requiring stamina, attention to detail, and consistency night after night.About the Project Services TeamThe Project Team is a small, trusted group.
