We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to direct and coordinate all repair, maintenance, and installation activities across our manufacturing facility.In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee a skilled team of maintenance technicians and ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of our complex machinery, tools, and facility utilities. You will develop robust preventive maintenance programs, manage departmental budgets, and collaborate closely with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. If you are a problem-solver who excels at building high-performing teams in an advanced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Directly supervise, train, and mentor the maintenance staff. Manage scheduling, coordinate daily activities, evaluate performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Preventive Maintenance Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment and utility systems to ensure continuous production operations.Operations Coordination: Review job orders and equipment status to determine work priorities. Coordinate seamlessly with Operations, Engineering, and Quality Control to schedule repairs and minimize disruption to production.Equipment & Facility Upkeep: Oversee the troubleshooting, dismantling, repair, and installation of complex electro-mechanical equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-integrated systems. Direct maintenance activities on utility systems (heat, power, air) and facility grounds.Budget & Resource Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance department budget. Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies while monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving initiatives.Process Improvement: Analyze production, quality, and maintenance reports to identify trends. Recommend and initiate modifications to improve equipment performance, reduce operating costs, and enhance product quality.Safety & Compliance: Champion workplace safety by ensuring all maintenance activities comply with company policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards (such as ISO 14001).QualificationsEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and at least 4-6 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance leadership.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of electro-mechanical equipment diagnosis and repair.
