This is your opportunity to be the face of Escrow Innovations, Inc. --building deep relationships with real estate professionals, increasing our market share, and growing your own success alongside ours.Who This Role is Perfect For:A well-connected escrow sales pro looking for a high-paying opportunityA real estate or title industry professional who loves networking & relationship-buildingA go-getter who wants to make a serious impact in a growing company Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 yearly + Commission Responsibilities:Develop and expand relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionalsActively prospect new business through field visits, online meetings, calls, and emailsAttend real estate events - broker previews, open houses, community events, and moreBe a trusted industry resource by staying informed on escrow and real estate trendsField calls from existing clients , ensuring they're fully utilizing our escrow servicesPitch additional services to clients and educate them on the benefits of working with usGive presentations to small and large groups about our escrow servicesStrategically drive revenue growth , increasing market share month-over-month Qualifications:Proven track record in sales - escrow, title, or real estate industry preferredOutgoing, persuasive, and relationship-driven personalityAbility to work independently and operate without constant supervisionExceptional communication skills - both written and verbalStrong organizational skills with keen attention to detailCustomer service mindset - clients should love working with you!Basic tech skills - Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and internet proficiencyClean driving record - you'll be on the road meeting clients!Willingness to attend industry functions outside normal business hours About Company Escrow Innovations, Inc. is a thriving independent escrow company with 2 offices in the Inland Empire.
