MULTI AXIS CNC PROGRAMMER

Key Responsibilities:Proficient in 3, 4 & 5-Axis NC programming for machiningMust be able to program utilizing models and working with multiple axis and limited dimension drawingsCreate detailed work instructions, mfg. sketches, and other shop floor documentationSolid troubleshooting ability related to work holding, tool selection, speeds, feeds, etc.Understanding of model-based definition and GD&T as well as customer specificationsProvide shop-floor support as necessary to resolve technical and manufacturing issues.Utilize root cause analysis, preventative and corrective action to reduce/eliminate non-conformancesRequired Skills:Candidates must have at least one (1) year of machine tool technology and/or credentials verifying formal training in machining technology.Candidates must have at least five (5) years of experience in programming and set up of CNC machinesMust have at least 8 years of experience working in a machining environmentEducation and Experience:Proficient with MastercamStrong with GD&TExperience with AS9100 is a plusDetail orientated
