Technical Project Manager - SAP

The PM will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the systems landscape and environmentOwn and maintain the integrated systems and environment landscape plan across SAP and non-SAP systems for TranS4rm functions (Finance, OTC, Mfg Ops, NPI, S&P, S&S)Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and testing teams to ensure environment availability and stability for each test cycle.Manage tiered environments (e.g.,5+1 landscape vs 3+1 landscape including SaaS) and relatedrefresh plans in the context of TranS4rm (SAP & Non-SAP) ecosystem Testing cycle enablement & Cross-program coordination:Ensure environment readiness for Mock loads, String Test, SIT1, SIT2, UAT1, and UAT2Track and resolve environment-related defects and blockers during test execution.Align with parallel programs (e.g., EWM, TM, GTS, RapidX, PLM, RMAX, Coupa) to ensure non-prod.environment dependencies and integration points are accounted for Documentation, reporting, compliance & audit readinesMaintain up-to-date documentation on system environment & system landscapeProvide weekly status updates to the TranS4rm PMO and escalate risks proactively.Ensure systems meet audit and compliance requirements, including SOX controls and dataretention policiesRequired skills & experience:10+ years of PM experience within large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.Deep understanding of S/4 architecture and satellite systems (e.g., MDG, Coupa, PLM).Proven experience in managing complex system landscapes across multiple environments and testcycles.Key Deliverables:Integrated systems & landscape Plan (SAP + non-SAP)Environment readiness dashboards for each test cycleIntegrated refresh schedules & weekly status updated to DTMORisk & Issue logs related to system environmentsAudit & Compliance Documentation
