Job Description
We are actively seeking a talented senior Salesforce.com developer who is inspired to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for the company's global enterprise architecture and implementation of Salesforce.com.
Responsibilities
Implement and rollout new Salesforce Org
Customize Salesforce with creation of custom objects, lightning Components, workflows, email alerts, templates and Campaigns
Independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the SalesForce.com software and system administration.
Develop Lightning Components and Lightning Apps
Develop and maintain Visual Force, Lightning, Salesforce.com pages and integration to other third-party solutions
Design and Develop Integration solutions for Salesforce using OAUTH/REST protocols and ETL tools to external systems
Manage Salesforce.com CRM application
Manage multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
Develop Mobile Apps for Salesforce and Apps for Outlook
Design, code and implement user friendly solutions for customer's needs.
Ability to recommend alternative solution choices, determining trade-offs and impact analysis
Perform quality assurance and unit testing on deliverables and work products.
Partner with external consultants and development teams for solution design, programming and development work
Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from operational and technical perspective
Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years of overall development experience with at least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com, Lightning Components, VisualForce, Salesforce
Bachelor's in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent
Salesforce Developer Certification preferred

Advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using permissions, roles, profile, queues, security setup, views, and page layouts)
Previous experience opening and managing Salesforce.com bugs (troubleshooting, etc.)
Strong technical background on the following technologies: Aura & CSS, Apex Language, Apex Trigger, Apex Class & Apex Web Service, Visual Force (Page, Component & Controllers), with Java experience as a plys==us
Experience with rolling out new Orgs and migrating from Classic to Lightning
Experience with Marketing tools like Marketing Cloud, Marketo preferred
Experience with Aura and Lightning Design Systems
Develop Apex REST Webservice to provide Salesforce data as an Endpoint.
In-depth understanding of capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with good understanding of the business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.)
Solid understanding of the SFDC Data model and Data Architecture, Configuration, Apex coding, Visual Force, Web Services and Data Management
Must be a confident, self-starter individual who can completely own the delivery of high value work products
Familiar with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Node and JQuery
Experience with SalesforceDX and scratch Orgs for development
Experience in building Salesforce.com integrations, testing, and production environments using Enterprise tools (e.g. Eclipse, VS Code etc.)
Experience in delivering IT solutions using Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
Team player with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels
Experience in thinking through problems creatively
