We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with customers through various channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Duties
Respond to customer inquiries in-person.
Utilize handheld devices to manage customer accounts and document interactions.
Analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain a high level of client services by actively listening and communicating clearly.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Assist in training new staff members on best practices in customer service.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
Proficiency in English is required; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Experience in client services, with a focus on building positive relationships.
