Job Description 职位概览我们正在寻找一位积极主动、注重细节的发货专员,加入我们充满活力的物流团队。在这个至关重要的岗位上,您将负责监督发货流程的准确与高效运作,确保产品得到妥善的准备、包装,并按时发出。您的积极工作态度将有助于维持仓库运营的顺畅,有力支持订单履约工作,并确保始终保持高标准的安全性与准确性。主要职责使用合适的材料对订单进行准备与包装,以确保货物安全送达 ; 具体工作包括对物品进行包裹、装箱以及准确贴标。 操作托盘车等仓库设备,高效地进行库存货物的装载、卸载及搬运工作。 利用射频扫描仪(RF Scanners)及仓库管理系统(WMS),精准追踪库存水平、处理发货业务并实时更新订单状态。 通过系统化的上架归位及定期的库存盘点,保持库区整洁有序,确保库存数据的准确性。 与团队成员紧密协作,在严格遵守仓库配送安全规程的前提下,安全地进行卡车的装卸作业。任职要求拥有仓库工作环境或发货/收货岗位的工作经验者优先考虑。具备出色的组织协调能力,且注重细节,以确保订单履约及库存管理的准确无误。具备基础的数学运算能力,能够准确清点物品、计算重量或数量,并核对发货明细。能够在快节奏的工作环境中高效作业,同时始终严格遵守各项安全操作规范。具备优秀的沟通协调能力,能够与团队成员及承运商进行高效顺畅的沟通与协作。加入我们的团队,成为一名发货专员吧!您的热情与活力将为我们顺畅无阻的物流运营注入强劲动力!我们致力于营造一个充满活力的工作环境,高度重视您的专业技能,并在您职业成长的每一个阶段为您提供全方位的支持。Company Description Coast Personnel Services is a privately held staffing company with offices across the United States.
