Bitty & Beau’s Coffee is more than just a place to grab a cup of coffee — it’s an experience. The shops are run by people with disabilities and guests love the vibe! We're looking for an individual to lead all team members on weekends in the efficient and profitable operation of our shop while creating and maintaining exceptional experiences for guests. Time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, ensuring guest satisfaction, ensuring product quality, and managing safety and security within the store.
