Our clients include mid-market and enterprise organizations, where control, compliance, and performance are paramount.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships. You will focus on enterprise accounts, helping clients migrate to bespoke Concourse Cloud offerings.This hybrid position is based in Lynnwood, WA, with three days per week in office.You will partner closely with solutions architects, engineers, and channel partners to deliver tailored proposals, ensure customer success, and achieve growth targets.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development – Identify, engage, and close new enterprise accounts.Account Expansion – Develop and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional capacity, managed services, and security solutions to existing customers.Consultative Engagement – Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior IT decision-makers, aligning Concourse's capabilities to their strategic objectives.Market Growth – Drive growth through evangelism, sales outreach, lead generation, and partnerships.Client Relationship Management – Nurture relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.Solution Collaboration – Work with engineers to design proposals, respond to RFPs, and develop sales presentations.Pipeline & Forecasting – Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and account plans in CRM.Channel Partnerships – Leverage MSPs, VARs, and alliances to expand market reach and co-selling opportunities.Market Presence – Represent Concourse at industry events, trade shows, and client visits to build brand awareness and discover new opportunities.What You Bring to the TeamExperience: 2–5 years in technology sales or account management.Sales Track Record: Proven success in closing new enterprise accounts and growing existing relationships.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of modern cloud services, PaaS, managed hosting, Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server, SQL Server, Hyper-V), Linux-based infrastructure.Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.Collaboration: Strong cross-functional teamwork skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Industry Awareness: Stay current on cloud and compliance trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients.Sector Experience: Familiarity with regulated industries such as government, healthcare, or financial services is a plus.CompensationBase pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yrAdditional compensation types: CommissionBenefits100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees56% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for family members2% flat employer contribution to Simple IRA15 days paid time off per calendar year10 days paid sick leave per calendar year14 paid standard holidays per calendar yearEmployer-paid life, AD&D, long and short-term disability insurance for employeesEmployer will reimburse fitness/gym expensesEmployer-paid continuing education and professional development as approvedEqual Opportunity EmployerConcourse Hosting is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
