XL Pro National Staffing is now hiring an On-Site Recruiter!Location: Jackson Center, OHPay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:00 PMWe are seeking a skilled recruiter to support a fast-paced warehouse operation. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and building strong talent pipelines.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptionsExecute recruiting strategies for a variety of rolesConduct phone screens and interviewsCoordinate interview scheduling and communicationBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidatesSource talent using job boards and social media platformsQualifications:Full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial staffingAbility to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsBasic computer proficiencyProven ability to build professional relationshipsHiring Requirements:E-VerifyDrug test7-year background checkBenefits include health, dental, vision, and 401(k).If you are interested, please send your resume to or apply through this posting.
