Repair OperatorDepartment: L10 Oracle ProductionEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: 868DescriptionFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an Repair Operator to perform precision soldering and repair on PCBA units identified through automated inspection and functional testing. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Production Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.Job Responsibilities:Execute manual soldering for SMT and Thru-Hole components to IPC-A-610 standardsRepair PCBs using tools including soldering irons, hot air guns, and de-soldering toolsRework and replace components on damaged or failed boardsReport recurring or complex issues to SupervisorMaintain clean and safe soldering workstations according to 5S standards and ESD-safe work practicesIdentify and correct soldering defects such as cold joints, solder bridges, and insufficient solderMaintain repair logs, part usage, and record completion of tasksPerform visual inspections under magnification or microscope for solder qualityOther Duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma required; ICP610 and IPC771/21 preferred1 year experience in a related field requiredBasic computer skills requiredLifting/Carrying/Pushing/Pulling up to 25lbsStanding/Sitting/Walking for 8+ hours per dayReasons you should work for us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.
