Human Resources Representative Location: 1000 Greenley Rd, Sonora, CA 95370 Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week Work Setting: On-Site Job Summary We are seeking a Human Resources Professional to provide professional-level HR support across employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, and data-informed decision-making. Issues involving broader organizational impact, precedent-setting decisions, or strategic workforce planning will be escalated to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) or Senior HRBP. Key Responsibilities Serve as a first-line HR advisor to leaders and employees on policy interpretation, performance concerns, employee relations matters, and basic workforce planning needs. Conduct initial assessments of employee relations concerns and lead low- to moderate-risk investigations. Escalate high-risk, complex, or precedent-setting employee relations matters to HR Business Partners. Provide guidance regarding corrective actions, documentation, and performance management in accordance with established policies and best practices. Analyze HR data and workforce trends to identify opportunities for local operational improvements. Identify and escalate strategic or system-level HR issues to HR Business Partners. Support HR initiatives including performance management, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance training. Assist with local workforce planning by providing relevant workforce data, historical trends, and policy-based recommendations. Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects, with an emphasis on implementation, execution, and process adherence. Maintain compliance with organizational policies and applicable employment laws and regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 2–4 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, policy interpretation, and documentation. Ability to exercise independent judgment while recognizing when issues require escalation. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Preferred CHRO experience or background preferred. Experience working in a healthcare organization or similarly regulated environment. Pay: $45.00 per hour Work Location: In person
