We encourage interested candidates from all backgrounds to apply, even if you don't think they meet some expectations of the role.\nWhy Choose Two Chairs?\n\nCompensation: Earn a clinical rate (including mandatory training) of $85/hour and an administrative rate (including no shows/late cancellations) of $25.50/hour with semi-monthly pay.\nBalanced Caseloads and Schedules: Select a weekly caseload ranging from 7 to 20 clients, with session availability between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.\nSupport for Wellness & Professional Growth: We provide a wellness and professional development stipend (up to $300 annually), case consultation, free CE credits through monthly APA-accredited courses, Psych Hub membership, and wellness events to support your growth.\nAdditional W-2 advantages you won't find with 1099 contract work:\n\nNo tax headaches – We handle withholdings and filings, so you don't have to\nEarn paid sick time – Accrue up to 80 hours per year\nMerit-based raises – Be recognized and rewarded for your contributions\nRetirement benefits – Access an employer-sponsored 401(k) plan \nMalpractice insurance provided – Full coverage at no cost to you\n\n\n\n \nAbout the Role\n\nDeliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.\nMaintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week \nUse data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress\nCollaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate\nMaintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations\n\nRequirements\n\nLicense: Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California\nCross-licensure: Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We will cover the cost. \nCaseload: Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions. Sessions will include ongoing therapy and new client consults appointments. \nExperience: 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience, and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress\nTech: At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems\nSchedule: Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday. Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.\nDocumentation: All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
