Opportunity: RN - ERJob Details: • Work in Level I Emergency Department • Assigned to care for patients who are admitted and waiting in the ED on bed availability • May be assigned to designated area or hallway based on patient placement needs • If no patients being boarded, may be used in acute care area (rare occurrence) • Every other weekend and some holiday coverage required • 2 years of nursing experience required • ACLS certification required • Must have acute care/MS Tele experience • Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only • Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs • Block schedule accommodations available • Local candidates within 25 mile radius not accepted unless facility is in desperate need • License in hand required with submission • Compliance documents due Wednesday prior to start date • Non-billable modules required during orientation averaging 2-4 hoursFacility: This major academic medical center operates a Level I Emergency Department providing comprehensive emergency care and trauma services.
