This role focuses on diagnosing roofing issues, completing repairs on low slope and pitched applications, and ensuring every job meets our high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform roof inspections to identify leaks, storm damage, and wearComplete repairs on asphalt shingle, metal, and flat roofing systemsReplace damaged materials, flashing, vents, and sealsDocument work performed and communicate findings with the teamEnsure all work complies with safety regulations and company standardsProvide excellent customer service on job sitesWhat We’re Looking For:Roofing or construction experience preferred (repair experience a plus)Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditionsStrong work ethic and attention to detailValid driver’s license and dependable transportationAbility to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical laborStrict adherence to Cochran Exteriors safety standards and OSHA regulationsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay (based on experience) and Health, dental, and vision insuranceSteady, year-round workOpportunities for advancementSupportive team environment
