Human Resources Business PartnerLocation: Tarrytown, NY (Onsite) Employment Type: Full Time, (Onsite 5 Days/Week) Compensation: Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000 Per Year Job SummaryThe overall purpose of this position is to perform day-to-day responsibilities within the Human Resources Department. This position reports to the Employee Relations Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist in the development and execution of HR programs, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Conduct regular meetings with management to discuss HR issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Support the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures. Participate in the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment. Provide support for special projects as needed.
