Account Manager

Cluep is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Account Manager to support and grow Cluep’s strong foothold in the US market. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure successful execution, reporting, and optimization of digital advertising programs while taking ownership of post-sale client engagement and relationship management.This role is evolving beyond tactical execution to include proactive client communication, strategic planning support, and growth identification across existing business.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented.Responsibilities: Client & Post-Sale Relationship ManagementServe as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients post-sale.Own ongoing client engagement, ensuring proactive communication and alignment throughout campaign lifecycles.Support wrap reporting and participate in review meetings, helping transition performance insights into forward-looking conversations.Identify potential upsell and incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts and surface them to senior leadership and Sales.Campaign Execution & PerformanceDevelop expertise in Cluep’s AI offerings and underlying product capabilities.Manage multiple client initiatives to ensure successful launch, delivery, and performance.Lead pre-launch processes including kick-off calls, targeting generation, and asset collection.Work closely with Operations to monitor campaigns and identify optimizations.Provide client reporting with data-driven insights and recommendations.Prepare & Present post-campaign wrap reporting and assist in case study development.Sales CollaborationAssist Sales with pre-sale needs and proposal support.Collaborate on compelling proposals that align Cluep’s AI solutions with client objectives.Support transition from new business to ongoing account management.Internal ContributionActively contribute feedback and ideas to improve tools, processes, and product offerings.Required Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Media (agency, publisher, or Ad Tech).Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).Strong analytical skills; highly proficient in Excel.Experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Nice to haves: Experience managing post-sale client relationshipsExposure to account growth or upsell initiatives within existing accounts.Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline tracking, or renewal planning.Interest in AI-driven media or emerging ad tech solutions.Benefits:Time off: 3 weeks of paid vacation approx. 2 weeks off during holiday period and 4 extended summer long weekendsSchedule: hybrid work model (3 days in office) with flexible start/end timesWell-being: employer paid extended health benefits and paid sick daysCulture: supportive team environment and inclusive work forceSocial: semi-annual offsite social events, holiday and life event celebrations, quarterly company wide all hands, and more!Cluep is an AI company that helps brands advertise to people based on how they feel and what they see on social media.
