Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Evaluator to join our team. This role involves assessing the effectiveness of various programs, providing insights for continuous improvement, and supporting organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in program development, and a passion for social impact initiatives. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing programs to determine their success and areas for enhancement Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics aligned with organizational objectives Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to program outcomes using various data collection methods Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders Manage volunteer teams and oversee their engagement in program activities Assist in program development by providing evaluative feedback and strategic recommendations Coordinate with project teams to ensure evaluation processes are integrated seamlessly into ongoing initiatives Utilize social media management skills to promote program successes and gather community feedback Support fundraising efforts through data-driven insights and outreach strategies Participate in public speaking engagements to share evaluation results and advocate for program improvements Skills Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, and project management Strong public speaking abilities with experience in presenting complex information clearly Expertise in program development, social work, public health, or addiction counseling preferred Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and social media management tools Excellent leadership qualities with demonstrated experience in recruiting, teaching, or training others Administrative experience with a focus on organizational efficiency and documentation accuracy Effective marketing skills to promote programs and increase community engagement Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders This position is integral to advancing our mission through rigorous evaluation and strategic insights.
